At Ibiza Aliens, every piece is made to order — printed fresh from the multiverse just for you.
That means each tee, hoodie, or cosmic essential you grab is custom-created when you place your order.

No returns for change of mind

Because our products are print-on-demand and made especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or decide you want a different design.
We’re crafting unique gear for unique beings — no warehouse stock, no mass production, no take-backs.

This policy aligns with EU and Spanish law (Artículo 103.c de la Ley de Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios) which excludes custom-made or clearly personalized items from the 14-day return rule.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, hit us up within 7 days of receiving it at info@ibizaaliens.com
We’ll investigate, and if it’s our glitch, we’ll replace it or refund you.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A short description of what went wrong

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
